There are no returns.
Changes will be made only for other merchandise, no money is refunded under any circumstances.
No changes will be made to merchandise that has some type of discount.
Changes must be requested and made within the first 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, otherwise the request will not apply.

For changes, only the price paid for the product will be taken into account, not the shipping price if it is indicated in the order.
Shipping costs will be absorbed by the customer requesting the change.
Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper protection during transport, they must also have their original accessories and labels, if they do not come as originally on the product, the change will not apply. We will not assume any responsibility for products that are damaged or lost during the return process to our company.
No changes will be made in merchandise that is not in perfect condition and without label or all its accessories.
If the purchase had some type of promotional and this does not apply for the change, it must be returned in new condition. In case the client no longer has it or it has been used and wishes to continue with the change, a compensatory fee will apply.
Merchandise from department stores, physical branches or from abroad are not exchanged.

The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and applies exclusively to factory defects (light bulbs) purchased at the online store www.decoratibo.com. The products will be repaired and in case of not having a repair, it will be replaced by a new one. Genus of America is not responsible for the misuse or natural wear and tear of the material. Check the T&C's of the site for more information.
To request a guarantee, send an email with your case to: email@example.com indicating your order number and photos of the product, if it works, send a video. Once received, you will receive a response within a maximum of 72 business hours. Check spam or junk if you don't see the email in your inbox.
Apply only one repair per piece within the warranty time.
